Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer free domestic shipping within the United States. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with estimated shipping time of 2-6 business days.

If you would like expediated shipping, you can select this paid option at checkout.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@powerlinecbd.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We are unable to ship our products internationally or to the following regions: American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.
