Powerline CBD - Directions & Recommended Use:

 

Directions: 

  • SHAKE WELL – Shake well before every use.
  • DROP UNDER TONGUE - Drop oil under the tongue for 3 minutes, wash down with 8-16 oz of water. Take dosage right after or shortly after food, although not required, this increases absorption & bioavailability.
  • STORAGE – We personally recommend putting your Powerline CBD bottle in your refrigerator. This keeps it out of the sun and can be an effective reminder for use. However, it is fine as long as it is at room temperature and out of direct sunlight in your house or bag.
  • USE DAILY - We highly recommend everyday use for any consumer, regardless of the severity of their issues or lack thereof. This consistency will help the cannabinoids interact with the endocannabinoid system, while compounding the therapeutic benefits for the body’s needs.

Recommended Use for Health Maintenance:

• Start with a ¼ - ½ dropper daily and build as necessary over time. You can increase to ¾ - 1 full dropper or more daily if your height, weight, or conditions call for it. 

• You can take it at any time of the day. Taking after food can increase absorption as CBD is fat-soluble. Whatever the needs of the body at the time, whether it be – rest, focus, energy, calm, anti-anxiety, anti-inflammatory, anti-pain – the CBD will react to the body’s current needs as your system works to rebalance itself. 

Recommended Use for Chronic Pain:

• Start with only a ½ - ¾ dropper as your first dose to try and address chronic pain, especially if CBD is new to your body.

• Increase to 1 full dropper the next day (especially if ½ - ¾ a dropper was not effective in relieving your pain).

• Further increase to 1 ½ droppers (75 mg) after a day or two if you do not find a good relief point for your pain/inflammation. This can be an effective dose for people with more severe/chronic pain issues going on.

• Finally, further increase to 2 full droppers (100 mg) after a few more days (of using 75 mg) if you do not find any satisfactory relief for your pain/inflammation. This is a high- powered dose, specifically tailored for people dealing with high amounts of chronic pain and inflammation.

• Of course, you can further increase from here (to 125 mg, 150 mg, etc.) ONLY IF your body calls for it. Make sure to pay attention to your relief points of dosing, and non- activity points of dosing. If you find a dose that is working with your body well and relieving pain, your body is telling you that that dose is right around the “sweet spot.” It is important to note that taking more CBD oil isn’t always the answer to finding more relief, each body has a “sweet spot” point for different ailments that will work best. Recommended Use for Insomnia/Sleeping Problems:

• Start with a ½ - ¾ dropper as your first dose to try and address sleep issues, especially if CBD is new to your body.

• I’d recommend taking your doses in the evening, shortly after supper as you wrap up your day and get settled.

• Increase to 1 full dropper the next day if you did not receive sleeping benefits or want to see an increase in relaxation/calm prior to sleep (make sure you are well hydrated before bedtime, with food in your system preferred, as the CBD will be using the water and digestive process to work in your system).

• Further increase to 1 ½ droppers (75 mg) after a day or two if you do not find satisfactory relief for your insomnia/sleep problems.

• You can further increase from here (to 100 mg, 125 mg, etc.) IF your body calls for it. Make sure to pay attention to your body’s interaction as you dose. If you find a dose that is working with your body well and relieving insomnia, your body is telling you that that dose is right around the “sweet spot”. Recommended Use for Injury/Inflamed Areas:

• Start with a ½ - ¾ dropper daily, especially if CBD is new to your body.

• Increase to 1 full dropper after a day or two if a relief point isn’t found.

• You can also use this oil topically to try and directly address an inflamed or problem area. Just take anywhere from ¼ - 1 full dropper, place it in your hand, and rub gently on the problem area. Let the oil sit and soak into the skin for as long as you can. Our skin is highly absorbent, and cannabinoids are still very effective and bio-available through the skin (the body’s biggest organ). The MCT oil alone (found in every Powerline CBD product) and/or peppermint oil included in the Powerline Peppermint CBD tincture are also good for moisturizing and blood flow on the skin. It can be used as a complete topical treatment, as well as oral.

• Further increase to 1 ½ droppers (75 mg) after a day or two if you do not find a satisfactory relief point for your pain/inflammation.

• You can further increase from here (to 100 mg, 125 mg, etc.) IF your body calls for it. Make sure to pay attention to your relief points of dosing and non-activity points of dosing. Recommended Use for Migraines:

• Take a ½ - 1 dropper at the first onset signs of a migraine (depending on severity)

• If the migraine is severe, and symptoms are not depleting, we recommend taking another ½ - 1 dropper after yet another 30-40 minutes to try and compound the doses in your body to find a successful relief point.

Recommended Use for Depression:

• Start with a ¼ - ½ dropper at first, especially if CBD is new to your body and mind. • You can increase to ¾ - 1 full dropper if the first low dose was tolerable, especially if your depression is at a severe stage, or you feel it getting there.

• Continue taking your dose amount daily with sufficient food and plenty of water. You can also split the doses into half in the morning and half in evening, or whatever method you feel works best for your routine and your results.

• Remember, the mind can take longer to rebalance itself than the body at times, so remember to stay consistent with your daily use. This is extremely important for compounding and building results.

• If up to 1 full dropper is not helping you achieve the results in mental balance that you desire after 14 days of use, increase your daily dose to 1 ½ droppers (75 mg) for the next week. If you still aren’t achieving what you think you can with the oil, you can increase to 2 full droppers (100 mg) daily. However, try to make sure you are testing these higher dosages for at least 3-7 days before either increasing or decreasing and switching up your routine. Again, you can split up dosages throughout the day as well. The goal is to try and find what method and dosage amount works BEST with your body and mind. This can take some trial and error. Be patient.

• As always, healing the mind from depression is best suited when taking a holistic approach. We recommend eating healthy as possible, exercising daily (moving the body), meditating (for at least 10-15 minutes daily), socializing (with friends, family, pets, etc.), and even expressing yourself through mediums of art or fun activities. Recommended Use for Anxiety:

• IF you are currently having an anxiety attack, take a ½ - 1 full dropper. Breathe calmly and consciously as you wait. Wash down with your 8-16 oz of water after 2-3 minutes and continue breathing deeply and slowly. The oil should help your body and mind to calm down within a short period of 10-15 minutes. If after 30-40 minutes you still feel hyper-anxious, take another ½ dropper and repeat the breathing process above.

• As a preventive measure, start with a ½ - ¾ dropper daily. Especially if CBD is new to your body and mind.

• You can increase to ¾ - 1 full dropper in the next day or two, especially if your anxiety is severe and ongoing.

• Continue taking ¾ - 1 full dropper consistently. You can also split the doses into half in the morning and half in the evening, or whatever method you feel works best for your routine and results.
